Suffice it to say, I’m a little obsessed with decorating these days. Are you ready for more?
As if I weren’t already a bed-making-fiend (I can’t leave the house in the morning without the bed made. EVER.), I am even more so now, just to see my new yellow pillow + grey pillowcases from Targ living together in harmony.
Speaking of Target, when I saw that this shower curtain was back in stock yesterday, I grabbed it immediately and had it hung up within fifteen minutes of being home. Maybe I love it a little too much? (;
One of the things that sold me on this apartment was the fact that it has two separate “wings.” The master bedroom is just off the living room and the spare bedroom (on the opposite side of the apartment) is off the dining room/kitchen area. Well, the hallway between the dining room, bathroom, and spare bedroom is fairly big and what some might interpret as “wasted space.” Not so! I say turn it into a mini art gallery! It’s not complete yet (hoping that the artists at Craft Lake City will help fill in the gaps!) but as for now, it makes me super happy to see bright pops of color peeking around the corner. It’s what my friend Heather would refer to as a “crunchy surprise.”
In case you haven’t noticed by now, I’ve got a thing for paper. So it’s probably no wonder that I made a paper “chandelier” to hang over the dining room table? Ha!
And finally…not only is fruit good for you, but it also looks so pretty all grouped together on my table, in my favorite Anthro bowl.
