The past two weeks have been jam-packed with fun. Here’s the abridged version:

Saw the amazingly talented Jessica Hische at the local college with my co-workers.

Flew home to help Amy with an amazing event in LA. WOW is all I can say about it. Just wow. You can get the full scoop here, thanks to Paige.

John’s family came to visit this past weekend and we did just about everything you can do in Utah. It was such a blast and I really miss living closer to them.

On Friday, we visited Provo Canyon, Sundance, and Park City…whew! My favorite part of the day was having dinner and drinks at Blue Iguana. Good food, good company, good day.

On Saturday, we visited Antelope Island and the Great Salt Lake, followed by a trip to Salt Lake and a quick stop at the Sweet Tooth Fairy (obviously).

On Sunday, we hiked up to the Timpanogos Caves. Holy moly, was that a hike! Great workout and gorgeous scenery.

And now I’ve got lots of material to include in my Autumn Eleven book! Photos to come…

It was fun to see you and meet your mom at the birthday party of the century!

I’m kind of jealous! My sister lived in UT for a long time and we never went anywhere except SLC to go shopping and to Park City one time to go to Wild Oats! And I just went back to your Autumn Eleven post and I love that idea! And I love that you are using everyday things like envelopes & tape & label stickers! I went on vacation this summer and started making a mini book while I was on vacation and I collected maps & brochures from every place we went to & hotel we stayed at to use in my book. 🙂
